Quenzia is an online furniture store serving customers in the United States. Our policies are written to make ordering clear, practical, and predictable. If you have questions, contact support@quenzia.shop before placing an order.

30-day return window

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Furniture must be unassembled or carefully repacked with all hardware, manuals, and protective materials included.

Return condition

Returned items must be clean, unused, and free from damage, odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of installation. Items damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

How to start a return

Email support@quenzia.shop with your order number, item name, delivery date, photos of the item, and the reason for return. Our support team will review the request and provide return instructions when eligible.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and affected parts. We may send replacement parts, a replacement item, or another appropriate resolution.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank and payment processor timing may vary.
